Petitionary Prayer Month

Once again, it is Friday. Rebecca is highlighting petitionary prayers this month. Check out the details here.

Today, I am once again praying for my parents. My father is going through a very, very difficult time with an illness. It is taking its toll on both him and my mother. We often forget that when someone goes through an illness, the family is affected. My father is receiving care from not only the doctor, but my mother. Yet, I am concerned about who is caring for my mother, the caregiver. I am praying for her to remain strong.

And I am praying for the Lord to open their eyes to their need of Him.
