More Beagle bites

Rebecca is having a month of dog posts.

I have tons of dog stories, many of which I have shared here on my blog. There are so many of them, that I have begun labelling them "Beagle Bites." Our Beagle has given us infinite occasions for laughter over the thirteen years of her life. We believe senility it setting in, given some of her recent escapades.

Her life consists now mostly of looking for opportunities to eat something she shouldn't (earrings, Kleenex, string, candies) and sleeping. She's actually well equipped for sleeping, as is evidenced in this photo, where she is sporting her built in blindfold.

She has slept like this often in her lifetime, and many times in the past, when I have attempted to get a picture of it, she has woken up to the sound of the camera turning on, or has sensed my presence, and then popped her head up. Obviously, it's easier to photograph a senior citizen doing this.
