Commenting Guidelines

I love comments, but I also have a few requests to respectfully ask of anyone who leaves a note here.

First, please be civil to the best of your ability. Disagree with me all you want, but keep it kind. If you don't like what I have to say, and you can't be kind when you comment, please refrain. Silence is golden.

Second, please avoid making assumptions and reading into what I am saying. If what I said seems unclear, please just ask me. I have an e-mail link and I'm prompt about returning e-mails. It's always better to think hard about what you're going to say in a comment, because I use Haloscan comments, and you can't delete them once you have posted them.

Third, don't bash the other commenters or turn my comments box into your venue for disagreeing. If you have a beef with a commenter, taking it up with him or her elsewhere.

Fourth, honour the name of the Lord here on my blog by just doing what He would have you do.
